Before anyone changes a tool or a process, I want to understand how your agency actually works.
- A half-day session with you and your leads
- Short conversations with the team, including the people who use AI and the people who don’t
- A look at your tools, your client work and where the time goes
- A written plan: where AI should change your agency first, what to leave alone, and the first 90 days
You keep the plan whether or not we carry on. If you start a plan within 30 days, the Blueprint fee comes off your first month.

The goal isn’t to keep you on a retainer forever. As your team takes more on, we step the plan down, and when you’re ready, I step back. You own everything we build: the agents, the standards, the workflows and the documentation.
