Who we are

Ansell AI is James Ansell’s AI consultancy. It is a trading name of Twenty & Three Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14975230). Our registered office isSpaces, Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, Berkshire, RG7 4SA. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Questions about this policy or your data: email [email protected].

What we collect and why

Contact form. When you send a message we collect your name, your email address and anything else you choose to include: your agency, your role, the type and size of your agency, and your answers to the two questions. We use this to reply to your enquiry and, where it leads to working together, to manage that relationship. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. This website does not store your message: it is sent to us by email.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses and request data in server logs for security and to deliver the site. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Analytics. With your consent, given through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics and PostHogto understand how the site is used: pages visited, how you arrived, and clicks on buttons such as links to the contact form. These tools set cookies on your device only after you accept. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We don’t send the contents of your enquiry to these tools. PostHog also records sampled visits so we can spot confusing pages, broken interactions and technical errors. Form inputs are masked, and the enquiry form is blocked from recordings. PostHog also builds heatmaps of where visitors click and scroll. We use Google Tag Manager to load these tools after you accept.

Cookies and browser storage. Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser’s local storage, so we don’t ask again; this is not a cookie and identifies no one. If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and one beginning_ga_, for up to two years (many browsers shorten this to about 13 months). PostHog sets one cookie beginning ph_ for a year and keeps the same anonymous identifier in your browser’s local and session storage. If you withdraw consent, these cookies and storage entries are removed from your browser.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and provides security and content delivery.
  • Resend delivers contact-form messages to us by email. It processes the details needed for delivery, with primary processing in the United States. Its data processing terms include the UK transfer clauses and safeguards.
  • Google Workspace provides the email inbox your message arrives in.
  • Google Analytics provides usage analytics, with your consent.
  • PostHog provides usage analytics, masked session recordings and error tracking, hosted in the EU, with your consent.

Where processing happens outside the UK, it is covered by UK-approved safeguards such as the UK Addendum to Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards as part of our business records for up to six years, in line with UK limitation periods. Server logs are retained for short periods by our hosting provider. Google Analytics keeps usage data for 14 months. PostHog keeps session recordings for 30 days.You can ask us to delete your details at [email protected].

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased;
  • restrict or object to our processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office atico.org.uk.

Changes

We’ll update this policy when our practices change and revise the date at the top of this page.
